The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four. An upgraded kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room, complete with a full-sized washer and dryer set, is centrally located just off the main living area.

The master suite has a flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet, private access to the north balcony, which beachfront balcony, and a spacious private bathroom. The master bathroom boasts a double vanity, jetted tub, and a large tiled, walk-in shower. The king guest bedroom is spaciously arranged and has a private entrance to the north balcony, which overlooks the greater Destin area and Choctawhatchee Bay. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The queen guest bedroom and twin bunk bed with twin trundle bedroom are also on the north side of the condo, each with its own private entrances to the second balcony. These two bedrooms are also just a couple of steps away from the third stunningly decorated guest bathroom.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
