The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in early summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. The gated patio offers direct access to the resort’s beachfront swimming pools and 600 feet of private beach. The dining area offers seating for four with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.
All three of the bedrooms are beachfront and have access to the condo’s second beachfront patio. The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, and flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

Reservations canceled prior to the final payment due date will result in a full refund, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. Reservations canceled after the final payment is made will result in a refund of 25% of the reservation total, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. One change is permitted to be made to reservations prior to the final payment. All changes to reservations after the final payment are not permitted. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will result in no refunds.
