The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first two set-ups (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas) for guests of this condo are available for a discounted rate $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows with quality interior shutters that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony that provides unrestricted views of the beach from east to west. The dining area offers seating for four with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The attached, private master bathroom was completely renovated in 2023. It features a soaker tub, a generous, walk-in shower with built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower with a built-in bench. It, too, was completely renovated in 2023.
