Silver Beach Towers East 306 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the corner of the third floor, East 306 offers breathtaking and expansive views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin, with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. Guests can also enjoy Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, two hot tubs, and a tennis court.

The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. East 306 features an inviting open-concept living area that flows perfectly into the dining area, bar, and kitchen. The spacious living area is perfect for family and friends to relax together, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a large, furnished beachfront balcony.

The dining area offers seating for six, with additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Nestled in the kitchen is a laundry area with a full washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and beautiful double vanity.

The first guest bedroom has a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking Destin. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second guest bedroom has both a Queen bed and a Twin bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. Set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
