East 503 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the fifth floor, East 503 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 503’s contemporary features and plush furnishings are the perfect combination to complement your next Destin vacation.

The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The set-ups can be reserved at a rate of $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a Kohler soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and pebbled flooring. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features a queen beds and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
