East 806 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the eighth floor, East 806 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 806’s upgraded features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combination to complement your next Destin vacation.
The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. There are two roll-away beds for additional bedding in this room. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The HOA at Silver Beach Towers has partnered with Destin Health and Fitness to provide day passes to guests, at a cost of $10 per day (per person). To obtain a pass, guests must visit the POA office in the center of the parking garage and see Susan for purchase. (cash only purchase)
