West 1402 is a beautiful luxury condo with new coastal-themed furnishings. It has elegant 20-inch travertine tiled floors throughout, except the bedrooms, which have newly installed beautiful plank flooring. Graber blackout shades in the living room and both bedrooms allow full 180-degree beachfront views of the sugar white beach and emerald ocean water along with amazing sunsets and sunrises.

The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The balcony has a new patio table, four padded chairs that swivel and rock, and a new relaxing chaise lounge for napping or reading.

The master bedroom has a king bed, plank flooring, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, plank flooring, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
