West 704 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the seventh floor, West 704 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West 704 is the perfect place to enjoy a stress-free Destin beach vacation!
Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Right off the kitchen is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king and a flat-screen TV. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

Answer:
Reservations canceled prior to the final payment due date will result in a full refund, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. Reservations canceled after the final payment is made will result in a refund of 25% of the reservation total, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. One change is permitted to be made to reservations prior to the final payment. All changes to reservations after the final payment are not permitted. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will result in no refunds.
