The Silver Beach Towers HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is projected to begin Monday, December 16, 2024 and is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the potential for noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible.

FIRST FLOOR
Silver Beach Towers West Penthouse 1705 offers an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, a double oven, a Keurig and a coffee pot, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The half bathroom is also located on the first floor.

The first floor master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony with breathtaking views of the emerald waters. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

SECOND FLOOR
The second floor master bedroom, located directly above the first floor master bedroom, features a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and a juliette balcony overlooking the gulf. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, a juliette balcony overlooking the gulf, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Centrally located on the second floor in the penthouse is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a utility sink. Also on the second floor is a sitting area that overlooks the first floor living area with views of the gulf out of the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
